A distinctive feature of Xuân is its pet-friendly outdoor seating—an uncommon offering in Hong Kong, where most malls and restaurants restrict pets.

Action

To bring this differentiator to life, Re+ initiated a collaboration with Buddy Bites. The campaign included:

  • 200 sponsored pet goodie bags for customers

  • Paid media campaigns across Instagram and Facebook

  • A dedicated landing page promoting the offer to pet owners
